Privacy policy

Olivia Selah Printables (“we”) sells digital printables at oliviaselah.com. This policy explains what we collect from parents and buyers, and what we do not collect from children.

Children under 13 (COPPA)

This shop is intended for parents, caregivers, and other buyers 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not offer child-directed accounts, kid newsletters, or tracking aimed at children. If you believe a child under 13 submitted information, write hello@oliviaselah.com and we will delete it.

What we collect

• Checkout: Stripe processes payment. We receive confirmation that an order was paid (and, when Stripe provides it, the email used at checkout) so we can fulfill the download. We do not store full card numbers.
• Contact: If you email hello@oliviaselah.com or use the contact form, we receive whatever you send so we can reply.
• Logs: Hosting may keep ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.

Cookies and payments

Stripe Checkout may set cookies required to complete payment. We do not run advertising pixels or a marketing newsletter aimed at children. We do not sell personal information.

How we use information

To deliver the PDF you bought, answer your email, prevent fraud, and keep the shop running. We do not use buyer email for a children’s list.

Processors

Stripe processes payments. Hosting (for example Vercel or Origin) serves the site. Those companies have their own privacy policies. We do not operate a separate customer database in this first version of the shop; paid downloads are verified against the Stripe checkout session.

Your choices

Write hello@oliviaselah.com to ask what we have, to correct it, or to delete a contact message. Payment records live with Stripe as well.
